Return Policy

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you’ve received all your purchased items in the same order to submit a return request.

We can provide a pre-paid return label (USPS) to US customers. Please note that the return shipping fee must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.

How can I make a return?

Step 1: Submit return request
Log into your Seattle account, select the relevant order, tick the items you decide to return, and submit a return request. Once submitted, our team will respond within 24 hours.

Step 2: Pack and mail back your items
If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your items.

Step 3: Refund
We will process your refund within 3–7 business days after receiving your return. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
Keep the return receipt from the courier until your refund has been processed.

If you’re unable to submit the request, please contact us at service@seattlebouttique.com, including your order number, item names, and return reasons. If there are quality issues, please provide photos of the defective parts of the items.

Which items are eligible to be returned?

All items must be unworn and in original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products marked as Final Clearance (original price ending in US$xx.99).

  • Lingerie, tights, socks, and part of accessories (belts, bags, and shoes are returnable).

  • Swimwear without hygiene liner or if tried on without underwear.

  • Orders fully paid with Store Credit (all items become Final Sale).

Matching sets cannot be returned separately.

Conditions not deemed as quality issues

  • Loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness or texture.

  • Slight differences in color due to screen display.

  • Dissatisfaction with style, color, or change of preference.

  • Damages caused by washing, improper maintenance, alterations, or misuse.

  • Slight variations in sizing between items.

Please always check our sizing chart before purchase. Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects.

Important notes

  • Exchanges are not available at this time. Please place a new order if needed.

  • The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

  • Do not send returns to the sender’s address on your package — it is not our return address.

  • Returns sent without submitting a request first will not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for non-Seattle items sent to us by mistake.
